• 50% no-refundable deposit to secure your date and time of booking
• Remaining 50% due one month prior to event

• Alcohol is allowed but per Hamilton County law, a licensed and insured bartender is required
• A $150 deposit for any damages incurred to our decor closet. This is refundable if no damages were incurred.
• $150 Cleaning fee
