Market Credit Member Agreement 

1. The Nature of the Share

By purchasing a Moser Manor Farms Market Credit Share, you are becoming a "Member" of our farm. Your upfront payment provides the vital capital we need to purchase seeds, bulbs, and supplies during the winter months. In exchange for this early support, we provide you with a bonus in credit to spend on our farm products.

2. How It Works

• Credit Value: For your payment of $[Amount, e.g., $250], you will receive a total credit of $[Amount + Bonus (15%), e.g., $285].

• Redemption: Your credit can be used just like a gift card at our farm with a $100 spending limit in goods per week.

• Tracking: We will keep your balance on file at our booth. You simply give us your name at checkout, and we will deduct your purchase from your balance and tell you your remaining total.

3. Shared Risk & Rewards

As a member, you share in the "Risks and Rewards" of the farming season.

• The Reward: You get first access to premium, specialty blooms before they are sold to the general public.

• The Risk: Agriculture is subject to the whims of Tennessee weather. While we do our absolute best to ensure a bounty, extreme weather, pests, or natural disasters may affect the availability of certain flowers. By joining, you agree that you are supporting the farm’s overall production rather than guaranteeing a specific flower's availability.

4. Expiration Policy

Important: All Market Credit must be used during the [Year, e.g., 2026] growing season.

• Any remaining balance after our final market on [Date, e.g., Oct 31st] is non-refundable and will not roll over to the next year.

• Unused credits are considered a donation to the farm’s sustainability and soil-health programs.

5. Refund Policy

Market Credit shares are non-refundable. If you move away or are unable to use your credit, you are welcome to "gift" your remaining balance to a friend or family member—just notify us via email so we can update the name on the account.
