Photography Rental

Thank you so much for your interest in our venue.

Your investment is $100/hr to rent our venue or $500 for the entire day. Your photography rental gives you exclusive access to the entire property located in Hixson to shoot wherever- the barn, the grounds, the greenhouse etc. Our farm and event space is your photo studio. We are a farm with seasonal interest. If you are seeking the lush look of the greenhouse and farm in bloom that ONLY is present in the growing seasons March through November as we are at the mercy of Mother Nature.  The greenhouse is South facing with the sun rising on the East (right side) and setting on the West (left side).  Tours are only conducted Monday afternoons and Tuesdays by appointment only. However our animals are not included in the session. That is only available for an additional fee. You are free to photograph with them as long as there is a fence barrier present, at no extra cost. Please refrain from feeding the animals as well. 

This time includes set-up and breakdown.

You must sign a waiver for yourself that includes liability for your clientele.

If pets are brought on-sight for photos, they must be leashed as we are a working farm. This is for the safety of their animals and ours.

Full payment is expected upfront to secure your date with a two hour minimum. Your  sessionsmust take place rain or  shine.

If you are a photographer wanting to arrange a Styled/Content Shoot, we ask that these take place during the WEEKDAYS only. You are allowed access to the property for 4 total hours including your set up and breakdown. If you want this service free of charge, you MUST provide a digital album of the content or you will be invoiced.
