Micro Venue Special Event Rental Rates

• 50% no-refundable deposit to secure your date and time of booking
• Remaining 50% due one month prior to event
• Only 25% of your final deposit is refundable if the event is cancelled within the 30 day window.
• Event insurance
• All vendors must be insured and approved by the venue
• Alcohol is allowed but per Hamilton County law, a licensed and insured bartender is required
• A refundable $300 damage deposit. If loss or damages to decor closet or venue occur beyond this, the card on file will be charged additionally
